2023 WRAP UP

Oh, The Arts. I feel extremely fortunate for the year that was.

I had an incredible time working with Fusion Theatre as a Resident Creative Director and am excited for my ongoing collaboration with the theatre and ensemble that had me in adoration for all involved within minutes.

I starred in one woman show Every Brilliant Thing, for which I received a Best Actress in a Comedy nomination at the Victorian Drama League Awards, and was awarded a 2023 Adjudicator award for my performance in the show.

I taught numerous Improv classes throughout the year under my company, or in collaboration with other companies such as The Improv Pit. (Whom I also had the honor of directing their improvised Melbourne Fringe Festival show!)

I was in front of the camera several times for short films and a couple UGC commercials. I was behind the camera as Set Dec for short film, Dying Minutes, that was a roaring good time. (Who doesn't love creating fake glass, blood and a dirty unkempt apartment?)

I hosted over 100 Dark Stories True Crime tours, a page I have plans to link to this site soon so you can read testimonials from guests who've attended a tour led by me!

I spent several months hosting Tristar's Trivia night in Geelong at the Cremorne Hotel, where I made fast friends and was reminded why I love connecting with people while leading organized events.

2024 is off to a great start, with some promising connections being forged and some exciting events on the horizon. Stay tuned!
