Born and raised in Australia, Rachelle made her move to Vancouver, Canada in her late teens to pursue her career in the Arts & Entertainment industry. Now as a dual citizen, she divides her time performing and teaching in both Australia and Canada.
Rachelle has spent her career and spare time working in the Arts and Arts Entertainment non-profit sector and utilizes her understanding and talents on stage and off to help generate, implement, promote and produce everything from: theatrical shows, film projects, fundraising events, special event gala’s, award ceremonies, conferences, symposiums, entertainment festivals and tailored special event needs like murder mysteries and roving characters.
Prior to the pandemic, Rachelle flourished in her role as Education Coordinator running the Improv Comedy Institute at Vancouver Theatresports (now, The Improv Centre), and believes that a sense of belonging and community is fundamental to a happy healthy life. She enjoys sharing joy, laughter and saying ‘yes, and’ to opportunity and ideas.
During the Spring of 2023, Rachelle won the Victorian Drama League 2023 Adjudicator Award for her performance in one woman show Every Brilliant Thing, produced by Geelong Contemporary Theatre. The award acknowledged her performance ability including "audience participation with easy skill and cool confidence." Rachelle was also nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy for the same show by the Victorian Drama League.
Rachelle is currently a performer with Impro Melbourne in their Rookie league and will be continuing her collaboration with Fusion Theatre as a Creative Director utilizing her improvisation and special event background in future outreach programs within the community. (This continues from her Inclusive Workshop Residency of 2023.)
Prior to the pandemic Rachelle could be found performing with Vancouver Theatresports League and with companies such as The Fictionals and Queerprov around Vancouver in weekly and monthly live theatre shows. When not performing in other people's shows, Rachelle is a showrunner and performer in her own monthly shows 'Ghosted' and 'Impromptu Potter', and around the Canadian Fringe Festival circuit with 'Dyck Spacee' a sci-fi film noir radio play.
Rachelle can also be seen in many short and indie films, her most recent being 'Stones' (2023) and 'It's Just Weather' (2022) in which she received a Best Actress nomination. Rachelle directed the 'Improvised Australian Soap Opera' at the 2023 Melbourne Fringe Festival.
When not pursuing her passion for performing on stage and screen, Rachelle spends her time traveling the world, visiting historic properties, documenting street art, studying 15th & 16th century Scottish and English history, decorating, cooking, keeping fit and reading.
Her goal in life is to share improv comedy with as many people as she can, fostering connection and creativity in as many countries as she can afford to go.

Loch Land Entertainment would like to acknowledge in gratitude and respect that we live, create and conduct business in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship” which Mi’kmaq and Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet) Peoples first signed with the British Crown in 1725. The treaties did not deal with surrender of lands and resources but in fact recognized Mi’kmaq and Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet) title and established the rules for what was to be an ongoing relationship between nations.
